Overview
All orders placed through grandpaearllamps.com are subject to the following Shipping Policy. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
Handcrafted Processing Time
Every Stained Cats™ lamp is handcrafted to order. Because of this each order requires a processing and preparation period before it is dispatched. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be crafted, quality checked, and prepared for shipment. In some cases orders may be processed and dispatched sooner than estimated. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been dispatched please allow the following estimated delivery windows depending on your location:
- United States: 10-14 business days
- United Kingdom: 10-14 business days
- Europe: 10-14 business days
- All Other Regions: 14-21 business days at the buyer's discretion
Please note these are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. In many cases orders arrive earlier than the estimated window. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local carrier operations, and factors outside our control.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
From the date of your order to the date of delivery please allow the following total estimated timeframes:
- United States: 15-21 business days
- United Kingdom: 15-21 business days
- Europe: 15-21 business days
- All Other Regions: 20-28 business days
Orders frequently arrive ahead of these estimates. These windows exist to account for peak periods and carrier delays.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. grandpaearllamps.com is not responsible for tracking delays or inaccuracies caused by the shipping carrier.
Free Shipping
grandpaearllamps.com offers free shipping on all orders. No minimum order value is required.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders outside the United States customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be applied by your local government upon arrival. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer. grandpaearllamps.com has no control over customs processing times or fees and is not liable for any delays or additional costs incurred as a result of customs clearance.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that a correct and complete shipping address is provided at checkout. grandpaearllamps.com is not liable for orders delayed or lost as a result of an incorrect address being entered. If you notice an error in your shipping address contact us immediately at grandpaearllamps@outlook.com. We will make every effort to correct the address before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking confirms that an order has been delivered grandpaearllamps.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order please first check with neighbors and your local carrier before contacting us. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee resolution for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping Delays
grandpaearllamps.com is not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, customs processing, public holidays, or any other circumstances outside of our direct control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Changes to This Policy
grandpaearllamps.com reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
